Pastor Jeremiah and Mia’s Mission Trip to Japan
Pastor Jeremiah and his wife Mia visited Tokyo, Japan, from November 24th to 29th to attend the "From Charcoal to Flame" conference, organized by Asian Access. The event served as a platform for mission leaders to discuss the unique challenges and opportunities in Japan's ministry landscape.

During the conference, Pastor Jeremiah and Mia connected with several inspiring individuals.

Pastors Sugahara and Morofuji from Kumamoto shared insights about their ministry, "Finding People of Peace." This initiative focuses on reaching out to households in unreached areas, spreading peace, and introducing the gospel to those open to it.

They also met a pastor and his wife from Garden Church in Sapporo. The couple was accompanied by a group of young people and asked Pastor Jeremiah and Mia to pray for them. After the prayer, they invited the pair to visit Garden Church in Sapporo to preach.

Missionary Vicki, originally from Hawaii, shared her powerful testimony. She explained how her faith inspired her to leave her business and dedicate her life to mission work in Japan. Along with her disciple, Vicki relocated to Karuizawa to establish a ministry, responding to a divine calling.

This was Pastor Jeremiah and Mia’s first visit to Japan. They were deeply moved by the connections they made, the stories they heard, and the opportunities to witness God’s work through others. They also felt honored to be invited to preach at a local church.
As they reflect on their trip, they ask for continued prayers for the church in Japan. They hope for a revival of repentance that will bring God's grace upon the nation. Their prayer is for the people of Japan to be freed from the burdens of a rigid system and spiritual oppression, and to turn their hearts back to God.
