November 2025

We are all doing well by the Grace of God. I am truly grateful for the continued love and support from Heavenly Creek Ministry. Your partnership has been a great blessing to us and to the work of God here in our Church.

Recently, I was able to forward the book “War on the Saints” to three members in our church, and we are going to start a study meeting soon.

By God’s grace, our ministry is growing. We are reaching more people with the Gospel and holding regular prayer meetings and outreach programs. There are some challenges, but the Lord has been faithful and keeps us strong.

Please continue to pray for our church members, especially for the children’s ministry and for the ongoing outreach in nearby villages.

May God bless everyone at Heavenly Creek Ministry for your faithful service in His Kingdom.

With love and prayers,
Richard

November 2025

Hello, Praise God for a new day here in Uganda.

It has not been easy for us in our region since late October. Unusually heavy rains caused mudslides that washed away homes, killed people and animals, and destroyed crops. So far, 31 people have died, and 10 are still missing.

The survivors and displaced people first moved to an open area inside a forest. This forest was very dangerous and harsh, and while staying there, they suffered greatly and were mistreated for being in the area. Children and elderly women were especially affected, and our daily prayers go out to them.

Later, they moved to an open school field where they are currently camping with no food, tents, clothes, or medical care. The government has promised help, but so far nothing has been done. Some families have fled to relatives’ homes, where as many as 20 people are crowded into a small house with no welfare support.

My wife and I spoke with our children, and we were able to collect clothes from home, buy some food and soap, and visit the camp on November 8th. I shared the gospel, and six people gave their lives to Jesus Christ. We heard many touching stories of how God has sustained their lives. After returning, we shared our experience with friends, and my wife collected more clothes. We were able to bring additional food, soap, and sanitary pads. It was not enough, but it helped the people at least for that day.

All that I can say is that this community needs us now more than ever.

On November 13th, Pastor Stephen sent another message:

About yesterday, we thank God who enabled us to reach the camp despite the bad roads and steep hills, carrying our luggage on motorcycles.
We spoke to our friends to support us in helping the victims and displaced people. We were able to collect clothes, buy some posho flour, sanitary pads, and soap. Above all, we shared the Word of God and encouraged the affected people to trust in the Lord, for He is faithful. All we need to do is accept and believe.

Praise be unto the Lord.

Thank you so much for your kind support, which has been very necessary for the ministry. We are truly grateful to Heavenly Creek Ministry.

Please pray for our ministry for the help the street children, the orphans, and the widows who are suffering because of lack of food. When we go for outreach ministries in some places, people oppose us and try to stop us from spreading the gospel.

My personal prayer is I am living in a rented home, paying the rent with borrowed money in installments, and managing everything concerning my family and church activities.

Please also pray for a relative of one of our church family members, a 25-year-old lady who is suffering from pneumonia.

We truly thank God for the connection and fellowship with pastors from other countries, through which we are learning many things from the Word of God.

We love all of our church family over there.

Colossians 3:23–24 (ESV) – “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward.”

I hope this note finds you well and encouraged in the Lord.

It is hard to believe 2025 is almost over. This year, we have shared the Gospel of Jesus with so many people that we have lost count, and over 100 have been baptized into the faith in Jesus.

Our Evangelism Team has been working overtime, and God has given the increase.

Here in Kenya and East Africa, the flame of revival is spreading far and wide.
This season, many events are already planned to keep the fire of revival burning.

From November 28 to December 2, 2025, we will be traveling to Mombasa with a team of seven to preach the gospel of Jesus. Mombasa is a port city where the majority of the population is Muslim.

Please pray for provision and that the message will be faithfully preached and received. Pastor Stephen from Uganda and his wife will be joining us.

On December 14, we have planned a pastors and wives conference. We intend to encourage one another and pray together for the work of God around the world.

To Heavenly Creek Ministry, we thank you for the evident love, your prayers, and every form of support given. Recently, we have experienced outbreaks of disease, and many children are struggling. However, your support has enabled us to purchase urgent needs such as blankets and carpets to keep the kids warm.

Thank you for using your gifts so generously to bless the people of God. May the Lord continue to bless you as you sow beauty, order, and joy into His Kingdom.

With deep appreciation,

Pastor David
